Advisory Panel & Faculty
To help guide the work of the CCVI, the Institute has convened a group of international thought leaders from various fields (cardiology, endovascular medicine, neurovascular medicine, cardiac rhythm management and stroke) as well as international representatives of cardiac and vascular professional and patient organisations.
With their disparate range of skills and experiences, the Advisory Panel ensures that CCVI programmes are always a valuable way to improve expertise, to enhance competencies, and finally, advance patient treatment.
The Advisory Panels are Dr. Robaayah Zambahari (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), Dato’ Dr. Rosli Mohd Ali (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), Dr Damras Tresukosol (Bangkok,Thailand), Professor. Arthur Tan (Singapore) & Professor Tan Huey Cheem (Singapore) are supported by an accomplished panel of trainers from across PASEAN.
Dr. Robaayah Zambahari, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Robaayah Zambahari is the Chief Executive Officer and Clinical Director of Cardiology in the Department of Cardiology at Institute Jantung Negara, Kuala Lumpur. Dr Zambahari is Chairperson of the Cardiovascular Interventional Society of Malaysia (ICSM), an Executive Board Member of the Asia-Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology (APSIC), a Board Member of the Asia- Pacific Society of Atherosclerosis and Vascular Disease (APSAVD) and a Council Member of the National Heart Association of Malaysia.
Dr Rosli Mohd Ali, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Dr. Rosli is Consultant Cardiologist & Director of Neuclear Cardiology Unit at Institut Jantung Negara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Dr Rosli is an acknowledged advocate of continuing medical education.
Dr Damras Tresukosol, Bangkok, Thailand
Dr. Damras is Consultant Cardiologist & Director of Catheterisation Laboratory at Siriraj Hospital, Thailand. He is also Associate Professor in Department of Cardiology in Mahidol University Bangkok.
Professor Arthur Tan Heow Hin, Singapore
Professor Tan is Consultant Cardiologist at Gleneagles Medical Centre in Singapore. He previously served as Associate Professor in Department of Medicine and was the first Director of National Heart Centre.
Professor Tan Huay Cheem, Singapore
Professor Tan is Clinical Director of Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory and Clinical Trials Unit in National University Hospital, Singapore. Professor Tan is also a regular reviewer for various cardiology journals.
