Advisory Panel & Faculty
To help guide the work of the CCVI, the Institute has convened a group of international thought leaders from various fields (cardiology, endovascular medicine, neurovascular medicine, cardiac rhythm management and stroke) as well as international representatives of cardiac and vascular professional and patient organisations.
With their disparate range of skills and experiences, the Advisory Panel ensures that CCVI programmes are always a valuable way to improve expertise, to enhance competencies, and finally, advance patient treatment.
The core faculty of Dr William Wijns (Aalst, Belgium) is supported by an accomplished panel of speakers and workshop leaders from across Europe.
William Wijns, M.D.President of the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions and Co-Director Cardiovascular Centre, OLV Hospital, Aalst, Belgium. Dr Wijns is an acknowledged advocate of continuing medical education.
