Programme Overview

This 1-day training on Public Speaking is a highly interactive programme led by an expert in public speaking and presentation skills coaching. It is designed for physicians who are preparing to give presentations either at a major congress or local hospital meetings. The programme is designed in such a way that physicians of varying levels of experience can benefit from it.

This training will help physicians to captivate people and generate positive responses from them, handle questions and difficult audience attitudes with confidence, effectiveness and structure. They will also be able to design presentations for better results.

Educational Objectives

The objectives of this training are:

  • To enhance the presentation / public speaking skills of the participants;
  • To identify the key information that must be communicated in the presentation;
  • To coach the speaker in terms of pace of presentation and the use of pitch and tone of voice.
 

Audience

 The Seminar on Public Speaking is designed for physicians who are often addressing congresses and conventions or smaller meetings both internal and external. Ideal group size for this training is 4 physicians.
